We allow you to make a payment to make your listing show at the App. Also, you will be able to get others' contact information. But we do not guarantee that you will get a partner for your pet as it depends on currently available profiles and mutual consent between you and the other party.
Once you register, you can access premium features like listing your pets and viewing contact information; therefore, then we won't be able to refund.
We can only refund if these conditions fall.
You paid, but we could not show number and listing due to some technical problem from our end.
